We’ll come and have a good look, before providing you with a clearly itemised price estimate for free. You can choose for us to go ahead with as much or as little as you like.

With experience in carefully packing and moving furniture and fragile goods, we offer personalised assistance with relocations too.
Perhaps you’re downsizing, or relocating to a new home, or have bought some bulky furniture or artwork and need it moved.
We’re happy to take decluttered goods to the op shop, and can help arrange the clean up at the end of your move.

Home buyers who have toured a staged home are more likely to bid and accept negotiations well-above the market value. In a 2021 survey by the Real Estate Staging Association of 4,600 properties, homes that were staged sold on average $40,000 over list price. They also sold an average of nine days faster than unstaged homes—even in a hot housing market.
RESA found that investing 1.3% in staging results in an average of 7.1% over-list returns.
EU: According to the recently released 2023 Home Staging Report by the Home Staging Association UK & Ireland, the impact of staging on property sales is more pronounced than ever before. The statistics speak for themselves – staged homes are selling 1-2 times faster than their non-staged counterparts. The average time on the market for a staged property is a mere 41 days, a stark contrast to the 99 days that non-staged properties linger.
